Alumni of the department has produced several eminent scholars, bureaucrats, politicians, media experts, members of bar and the bench, sportspersons, and artists. Keeping up with the Ravian tradition, the department has established Saeed Osman Malick Political Science Alumni, named after the late Prof. Saeed Osman Malick – former chairman of the department. It organizes annual dinner of the department alumni.
