Successful organizations in Weak Regulatory framework and Financial Regime in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Abstract

The province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had to face various challenges in the previous years and these challenges still exist. Despite these challenges, new initiatives have also been taken by the government to improve the existing initiatives and launch new organizations as well. This research work is carried out to determine those organizations that have been able to thrive within the tough environment of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the measures taken by these institutes in order to make themselves successful. Qualitative research work was carried out and semi-structured interviews were carried out from various organizations in order to determine the level of success of the organizations/institutes. It was concluded that three organizations were successful in the weak regulatory framework of KP from the six organizations that have been interviewed. The three successful organizations of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa include (KTH) Khyber Teaching Hospital, (HMC) Hayatabad Medical Complex and (IMS) Institute of Management Sciences.
